Returns & Exchanges

JJJJound accepts returns on select items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that all collaboration releases, archive sales, and apothecary items are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and associated email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is submitted, our team will review the eligibility and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via email within 48 hours.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the package.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Upon receipt at our Montreal studio, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection; once approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method minus shipping fees.
